This is not a meal, it's a lifestyle intervention disguised as a chocolate workshop through Cusco. Portions are aggressive, the chef will not share the recipe under any circumstances, and you will make a noise you're not proud of at least once. Peru's food scene did not ask to be this good, and yet here we are, all slightly overwhelmed and ordering seconds.
